EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@sungalife.com, so that we can solve any issue you have.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to process a return or exchange. We know life gets busy and we want to make sure you love what you ordered from us.
Please do NOT ship any items to our facility without first connecting with the helpful & friendly Customer Service Team.
Clearance item(s) will not qualify for Exchange or Return and are considered a final sale at the time of purchase.
ITEM CONDITION
All Exchange or Return items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition. Any signs of damage, usage, stretching, or odor will disqualify a return or exchange request.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you order a product and it arrives with a defect we will process a replacement immediately at no cost to you. The defective product will be shot out of a cannon, never to be seen again. Luckily, our products and quality control are top tier, so the defect canon is rarely fired.
Please be sure to include pictures and/or video of the defect in your email so we can see what you see.
EXCHANGES - FREE!
If you would like to exchange your item, please contact support@sungalife.com to request an exchange. Please include:
- Your order number
- What you would like to exchange for
- Why you want to exchange:
Sizing, Color, Style, Damaged, Wrong item, Just didn't like it, Decided to stop wearing pants, Etc.
We will send you a return label. Once we receive the item we will ship out your exchange item. Let's find you something you'll love.
RETURNS
If you would like to return your item,
please contact support@sungalife.com to request a return. Please include:
- Your order number
- How do you want your refund: Refund as site credit or refund to the original payment
- Why you want to return the product:
Sizing, Color, Style, Damaged, Wrong item, Didn't love it, Thought it would be made of silk because they are called "Silkies", Etc.
Once we have this information we send you a shipping label. Just print the label, repack, and send back the item. Once we receive the item we will send you your refund.
If you do a refund for site credit we will refund the whole order amount, if you do a refund to the original payment we minus the cost of the shipping label from the total. Easy.
